I could not have wished for better treatment by all the staff that treated me. All the information I needed was given. Improvements to my wound were made week on week not once failing to improve. The standard of cleanliness and hygiene was second to none. Couldn’t have wished for a higher standard. Couldn’t have wished for better in any aspect of my treatment, along with helpful, pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent at every level .

Really very thorough and wound care. So much more comfortable. Specialist compassionate and caring. I feel so much better in myself. Very helpful information and guidelines. Very encouraging. I now look forward to mobilising again and also with the suggested diet. Very Impressed.

Always excellent treatment and the personnel is truly outstanding. I can only thank the personnel for the great and compassionate support they provide,it heals not only the outside body but also the inside of human soul. Thank you so much. I had a previous experience in 2021 and since then the service has maintained its high quality and support. It is a vital contribution to the local communities.

I had my first app yesterday 5/3 Pioneer was lovely very clean and organized found parking easy as I am disabled, I met Vivienne who looked after me she was very lovely friendly and kept me informed of my treatment This was at the Gatwick road branch. I was informed of my treatment that day and going forward – brilliant I am being seen once a week. My first visit yesterday was great staff friendly helpful. Treatment explained for my upcoming visit
