Very friendly and professional throughout which is particularly important for a first visit!

After weeks of being passed between services with no progress, the care my stepfather received at Pioneer was outstanding. The clinicians took immediate control, showed exceptional expertise, compassion and humour, and coordinated a truly joined-up approach. For the first time, we felt confident he was in safe hands. We are extremely grateful for the difference this made to him and our family.
